What is Avento and how does the service work?

Avento is your German-speaking partner for outsourced e-commerce customer support. We provide email and chat support for brands selling on Shopify, Shopware or WooCommerce – including AI chatbot integration. The aim is to make your customer service faster, more efficient and more professional without you having to build your own team.

How does Avento determine its prices?

We operate a clear single-price policy. The end result is a fixed price per ticket, calculated individually according to your actual needs. No hidden costs, no complicated packages. This means you always know exactly what your support will cost – transparent, predictable and fair.

What services does Avento offer in terms of e-commerce support?

We take care of all written customer contact. On request, we can set up your chatbot, create templates and also handle returns and complaints. Each brand receives an individual support style guide so that responses are tailored precisely to your brand.

Is the service GDPR-compliant and secure?

Yes. All data is processed exclusively on EU servers. You will receive a data processing agreement (DPA) in accordance with the GDPR. We work with secure password managers, VPN access and clearly defined access rights to ensure data protection and data security at all times.

How does onboarding with Avento work?

The start-up phase takes about 10 days. We clarify processes together, set up the ticket system (e.g. Gorgias or Zendesk), take over existing tickets and train our agents in your processes. This is followed by a short test phase before we go fully live – including reporting and quality control.
